Danny Desclouds pitched a three hit gem as the Fat Cats treated their fans to their first victory at home.
The Fat Cats spotted Desclouds a three run lead bottom half of the first inning. Chris Latimer led off with a single the Mark Charrette walked, Marshall MacDonald singled to drive home Latimer. Josh Wood the Twins starter balked that allowed Charrette to score. Mombuquette then singled home MacDonald for the 3-0 lead.
The Fat Cats scored single runs in the third and fourth inning.
Kyle Langille drove home the lone run for the Twins.
Mississauga 12 Ottawa 11 - Game Two
Game two was a wild affair. Ottawa opened up a big 6-2 lead then the wheels fell off.
Fat Cats starter Mike Lynch had a 4th inning walkathon in which he walked five, and gave up a grand slam to Jeff McLeod . The Twins scored 9 times to make it a 12-6 game
The Fats clawed their way back into the game but fell short losing 12-11 in front of 2400 fans

The Red Sox pitching staff held the Leafs to five hits on the afternoon. Brad Hogetorp allowed two hits over six and two thirds 6 K's and walked 3
Brantford managed nine hits, including three from former Leaf Joe Colameco. Lee Delfino had two hits and scored twice, including belting his 2nd homer of the season.
Hamilton 11 London 9
A four and a half hour affair. Both teams combined for 19 walks on the afternoon, 8 pitching changes and five errors. No more details available.

Kevin Childs had an RBI single in the bottom of the eighth inning to give the Panthers the victory
Matt Cockburn pitched seven innings, while Derek Sinko picked up his 2nd save.
Kyle Payne took the loss for the Baycats in relief. Steve Lewis had a two-run homer and Dave Latour had a solo homer.
