Mississauga playing at home turned out a 3-1 victory over Brantford Thursday night in a tightly pitched affair
The Twins scored all three of their runs in the bottom of the 1st inning. off Red Sox starter Colin Buckborough.
Carlos Garcia drove home the Twins first run when he was hit by a pitch. An error at third by Bryon Bell allowed the 2nd run to score which was followed up with a fielders choice ground out by Brian Sewell.
Brantford scored their lone run in the 3rd inning off Adam Kudryk. on a bases loaded passed ball.
Buckborough pitched five innings in the loss allowing all three runs on two hits. walked three and struckout three
Kudryk went seven innings allowing a run on five hits, six walks, and struckout four for the win. Adam Banski closed out the final two innings for the save and didn't allow a hit but fanned two.
Brantford out hit Mississauga 5-3 on the night.
